Built around the way you work.
Purpose-built software that turns complex workflows into clear, reliable experiences.
Off-the-shelf software forces your process into someone else's shape. When spreadsheets and disconnected tools start slowing the business down, we design and build web applications around the way your team actually works.
Discuss your project- Typical timeline
- 10–20 weeks for a first release
- Toolkit
- Next.js · React · TypeScript · Node.js · PostgreSQL
- Ways to engage
- Project, ongoing partnership, or audit
- Based in
- Virginia, USA. Working with clients remotely.
Signs it’s
time to talk.
- 01Critical work lives in spreadsheets and email threads.
- 02Your team copies the same data between several tools.
- 03You need a client portal, internal dashboard, or booking system that doesn't exist off the shelf.
- 04An existing app is slow, unstable, or hard to change.
Custom software is a significant investment, and the biggest risk is building the wrong thing well. We reduce that risk by mapping the real workflow first, agreeing on the smallest release that delivers value, and shipping working software in short increments. You see progress early, change direction cheaply, and end up with a system your team can maintain.
Scoped to you.
Clear from day one.
Every engagement is scoped to your goals. Deliverables, timing, and how we’ll measure success are agreed in writing before work begins.
- 01Product discovery
Workshops and workflow mapping to define users, requirements, edge cases, and a focused first release.
- 02Architecture and data model
A technical plan for application structure, database design, and security from the start.
- 03Interface design
Clear, efficient screens for internal teams or customers, designed alongside the data model.
- 04Full-stack development
Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with code reviews and automated tests.
- 05APIs and integrations
Connections to your CRM, payment, accounting, or other systems through their APIs.
- 06Deployment and maintenance
Automated deployments, monitoring, backups, and an ongoing maintenance plan.
Four stages.
No surprises.
10–20 weeks for a first release
Discover
Map workflows, users, and edge cases, then define the smallest version worth building.
Architect
Choose the stack, data model, and integrations, with security planned from day one.
Build in increments
Ship working software in short cycles so you can review progress every week or two.
Launch & support
Deploy, monitor, and keep improving with a maintenance plan sized to your needs.
How we’ll know it’s working
- Hours saved on manual processes
- Error rates in data and workflows
- Adoption across the team
- Uptime and performance
Your part of the partnership
- People who do the work today, for discovery sessions
- Access to the systems we'll integrate with
- A product owner to prioritise features
- Sample data and real-world scenarios for testing
Good to know
before we start.
How do you keep costs under control?
By defining a focused first release and building in short increments. You see working software early and can change priorities before budget goes into the wrong features.
Where does the code live?
In a repository your business controls, with documentation so any capable team can maintain it. Ownership terms are set out in your agreement.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
Usually, yes. If a system has an API we can connect to it. We review your tools during discovery and flag anything that needs a workaround.
What about hosting and security?
We recommend hosting that fits your scale, apply security practices such as encrypted connections, least-privilege access, and regular dependency updates, and document how everything is set up.
What happens after the first release?
Most applications keep evolving. We can continue with a maintenance and improvement plan, or hand over to your team with documentation and a transition period.
