Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, business email, company, optional website URL, requested service, budget range, timeline, and project details. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential credentials in your brief.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review your request, respond to you, and discuss a potential engagement. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell inquiry information. We process your request based on your consent and the steps needed to discuss an engagement.

Service providers and security

When email delivery is enabled, inquiry details are sent through Resend to our configured business inbox. Hosting providers may process technical logs such as request timestamps and IP addresses to operate and protect the site. If distributed spam protection is enabled, an IP-derived identifier is processed by Upstash and expires after one hour. Providers may process information in countries outside your own. We restrict access and use encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and analytics

This implementation does not set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics. Essential hosting and security behavior may vary with the deployment provider. Any future non-essential tracking will require an updated policy and consent controls where applicable.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the discussion, any resulting engagement, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent through the contact form, selecting any service and writing “Privacy request” in the details. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Contact and updates

For privacy questions, use the project inquiry form and identify your request clearly. This policy will be updated when the website’s processing practices change.
