AI & business automation

More room for meaningful work.

Identify repetitive tasks and build carefully scoped automations with human oversight where it matters.

Overview

Most teams lose hours every week to copying data, chasing approvals, and answering the same questions. We find those tasks, automate the ones that are safe to automate, and keep people in charge of the decisions that matter.

Is this right for you?

Signs it’s
time to talk.

  1. 01Staff spend hours re-entering data between tools.
  2. 02Leads or requests wait because someone has to route them by hand.
  3. 03Your team answers the same internal questions again and again.
  4. 04You're curious about AI but unsure where it would help safely.
Why it matters

AI and automation tools have become remarkably capable, but the value comes from applying them to the right problems with the right safeguards. We start with your processes rather than the technology, choose automations with a clear payoff, and build them to be transparent, monitored, and easy to switch off if circumstances change.

What’s included

Scoped to you.
Clear from day one.

Every engagement is scoped to your goals. Deliverables, timing, and how we’ll measure success are agreed in writing before work begins.

  • 01
    Workflow and opportunity mapping

A review of recurring tasks to find where automation saves the most time with the least risk.

  • 02
    No-code and custom automations

Workflows built in n8n or Zapier, or as custom code when reliability and scale demand it.

  • 03
    AI-assisted workflows

Drafting, summarising, extraction, and classification using OpenAI models, with clear instructions and limits.

  • 04
    System integrations

Connections between your CRM, inbox, forms, spreadsheets, and databases so data flows automatically.

  • 05
    Human review and fallbacks

Approval steps and safe defaults for anything sensitive, so people stay in control.

  • 06
    Monitoring and documentation

Logs, alerts, and plain-language documentation so your team understands and trusts each automation.

How we run it

Four stages.
No surprises.

3–6 weeks for a first pilot

01

Map

Document how the work happens today, including the exceptions and the people involved.

02

Prioritise

Score opportunities by time saved, risk, and effort, then choose one pilot.

03

Pilot

Build and test the automation on real inputs, with review points built in.

04

Expand

Roll out once the pilot proves useful, and keep monitoring quality over time.

What we measure

How we’ll know it’s working

  • Hours of manual work removed each week
  • Response time to leads and requests
  • Error rates compared with the manual process
  • Adoption by the team
What we’ll need from you

Your part of the partnership

  • A walkthrough of the current process
  • Access to the tools involved
  • Examples of typical and unusual cases
  • An owner for each automation
Questions

Good to know
before we start.

Is it safe to use AI with our data?

It can be, with care. We limit what data each workflow can see, choose providers and settings that fit your requirements, and keep a person reviewing anything consequential.

What should we automate first?

Something frequent, predictable, and low-risk, like routing inquiries or syncing records. Early wins build confidence and show what's worth tackling next.

Will automation replace our staff?

That isn't the goal. The best automations remove tedious work so your team can spend more time on customers and decisions.

Which tools do you use?

n8n, Zapier, and OpenAI for most workflows, with custom Node.js code where needed. We choose based on reliability, cost, and what your team can maintain.

Do you build AI chatbots?

Yes, when they fit. We scope chatbots carefully: grounding answers in your own content, limiting what they can say, and providing a clear route to a human.
